Meghan Markle may now be formally known as the Duchess of Sussex after marrying Prince Harry, but the newlywed's recent outfit choices may also unofficially land her another moniker-the Queen of Givenchy (you heard it here first).

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex kicked off day one of the Royal Ascot horse racing event today, per invitation from Queen Elizabeth II. Meghan sported a black and white, feather-adorned Philip Treacy hat, paired with a white, button-front (you guessed it) Givenchy long sleeve dress (we're getting major royal wedding flashbacks). To match her hat, she accessorized with matching black heels, belt, and clutch. Not to overshadow her groom, Prince Harry also looked especially dapper, wearing a top hat and morning suit.

The newest addition to the royal family has clearly taken a liking to this French designer as of recent. Most notably, Meghan sported a Clare Wight Keller for Givenchy wedding dress down the aisle at her May 19 ceremony, but has since given us further outfit envy while donning the label. More recently, she wore a cream Givenchy creation last week during a joint engagement with the Queen. We're looking forward to many more head-turning Givenchy looks from this fashion-forward royal.

Meghan's covetable outfit aside, this year's Royal Ascot marks the first time both Prince Harry and his bride have attended the five-day famed racing event. As per tradition, the duo joined the rest of the Queen's guests in the annual Royal Procession carriage ride at exactly 2 p.m., sitting alongside the Count and Countess of Wessex as they made their way to the opening ceremony. The royal couple will also present trophies to the winners of three separate races, according to Express.

Although this year's Royal Ascot falls just a month after Harry and Meghan's royal wedding, Prince William and Kate Middleton didn't attend the event until five years into their marriage, according to Elle, to prioritize their children and William's job.

Since the Royal Ascot runs until June 23, we're hoping Meghan Markle will grace us with further outfits to fawn over the next few days, whether Givenchy or not.
